Each agent orchestrates large language models, specialized small models, and traditional machine learning, choosing the right tool for each step to reason, decide, and act across systems rather than only producing insights. The platform is designed for sponsor banks overseeing fintech programs, BaaS platforms, fintechs, and consumer banks, standardizing oversight across dozens of partners while analyzing every conversation instead of a two percent sample. Spring Labs is extending Zanko into SummerGRC, an AI native governance, risk, and compliance platform of seven integrated systems including an Agent Builder authoring environment and an Agent Execution runtime that manages asynchronous agents with observability, audit trails, and cost controls. Spring Labs raised five million dollars in May 2026 led by BankTech Ventures and Haymaker Ventures to expand from complaint and dispute agents into a broader compliance workflow and agent orchestration platform, all within customer defined policies and controls with human oversight.
