Operator and support
Agenova is an independent digital research product. References to Agenova mean the product operated under the public name “Agenova,” not a representation that Agenova is a registered company. Customer support: support@agenova.io.
Digital products
A Comparison Pack is a one-time digital purchase. The product page states the price and included files before checkout. After confirmed payment, the purchaser receives access to the stated Markdown, evidence, AI-context, and dated snapshot files. There is no recurring subscription.
Refunds and delivery
Digital goods are normally delivered immediately after confirmed payment. If delivery fails, files are materially defective, or the product differs materially from its description, contact support within 14 days. The separate Refund policy explains eligibility and the request process.
Using Agenova
You may use public information and purchased files for lawful internal research and evaluation. You may not resell or redistribute a purchased Pack, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or present Agenova content in a misleading way.
No procurement advice
Profiles and Comparison Packs are informational research artifacts, not warranties, endorsements, legal advice, procurement advice, or guarantees that a product is suitable, safe, lawful, or available for your use case.
Third-party products
Agent names, trademarks, product facts, availability, and linked services belong to their respective owners. Agenova is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the providers compared in its research. Third-party products can change without notice.
Changes and applicable rules
Agenova may correct, update, withdraw, or suspend public content and future offers. A purchased dated snapshot remains the historical artifact delivered at purchase. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply in the purchaser’s location.
