Agenova is an independent digital research product operated under the public name “Agenova.” It is not presented as a registered company. Privacy and data requests may be sent to support@agenova.io.
What Agenova collects
Public visitors can browse the agent database without creating an Agenova account. Agenova records limited aggregate product events—such as page category, registered decision-page slug, search-result state without the search text, viewed Agent slugs, selected comparison Agent slugs, evidence fields opened, anonymous helpfulness response, and event time—to understand product demand. Visitors may voluntarily submit a demand request containing a request type, related Agent or evidence field, subject, and explanation. The form does not ask for identity or email. These datasets do not intentionally store visitor identity, account, IP address, browser fingerprint, referrer URL, search text, or a persistent user identifier. Hosting, payment, and security providers may separately process technical or transaction data needed to deliver, protect, and fulfil the service.
Purchases and delivery
When live payments are available, Agenova’s payment provider processes checkout and payment information. Agenova receives the order information required to authorize and deliver the purchased digital product, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. Agenova does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
Administrative access
The private administration area uses sign-in identity supplied by the hosting platform. Agenova uses that identity to authorize changes and maintain an audit trail. Administrative records are not displayed on public pages.
How data is used
Data is used to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve Agenova; fulfil purchases; maintain agent profiles and evidence records; prioritize evidence review and product investigation; and respond to support, correction, refund, or rights requests. Agenova does not sell personal information.
Retention and requests
Product insights and demand priorities are calculated from qualified anonymous external signals in the most recent 90 days. Operational and transaction records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for security, product delivery, integrity, refunds, and applicable legal obligations.
