Wassist is a no code platform for creating, testing, and publishing AI agents that live natively on WhatsApp, where more than three billion people already spend their time, with no app downloads and no API keys required. A business can spin up an agent from a text description, a website import, an uploaded document, or a connected Shopify store, and Wassist configures the AI automatically, generating a first version in the brand's voice on its own products in under a minute. Agents run the front of house on WhatsApp: greeting customers, answering questions about returns, order updates, sizing, and products, recovering abandoned carts, and handing off to the right human team when needed. They can call any external API to book appointments, check inventory, or process payments, and creators can add paywalls, subscription tiers, or credit based access with payments handled by Wassist. For developers, Wassist exposes the same fully typed TypeScript SDK and REST API it uses internally, event subscriptions, and WhatsMCP, an MCP client that lets a user connect and switch between remote MCP servers directly from a WhatsApp chat.
