Digital product
Agenova sells one-time downloadable Comparison Packs. Each product page identifies the included files, current price, and evidence snapshot before checkout. No subscription is created.
When a refund is available
You may request a refund when the paid files were not delivered, cannot be opened, are materially incomplete, or differ materially from the product description at the time of purchase. Contact us within 14 days of purchase and include the order email, transaction reference if available, and a short description of the issue.
Change-of-mind requests
Because a Comparison Pack is an immediately delivered digital product, completed downloads are generally not refundable solely because the purchaser changed their mind. This does not affect mandatory consumer rights in the purchaser’s location.
How to request
Email support@agenova.io. We aim to respond within three business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time depends on the payment provider.
